Anne was born in Nova Scotia and has lived here all her life as has her husband Dave, their two daughters Sara and Moira, and son-in-law Jake. Her personal passions include road-trips, singing, and looking at the world through her camera lens.
Before entering ministry, Anne was Acting Manager of Budgeting & Financial Planning for the provincial Dept. of Service Nova Scotia & Municipal Affairs. In her mid-40s, Anne felt a nudge to explore vocational ministry. As the nudge grew from a whisper to a roar, she stepped out of her comfort zone and began the journey that has brought her to this place. Along the way, she has been supported and challenged and loved by a great cloud of witnesses. Anne was ordained in May 2015, then briefly served in half time ministry in Truro before being called by St. Paul's United as our full time Minister. Anne is a graduate of Dalhousie University (B.A.) and Atlantic School of Theology (M.Div.)
In addition to congregational ministry, Anne sits on the St. Paul's Family Resource Institute (FRI) Board and the Spryfield and Area Mental Health Board. Anne is also one of the part time chaplains with Atlantic School of Theology. She is active on social media; please feel free to connect with her on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
Anne is delighted to be part of our St. Paul's community of faith and looks forward to discovering where our journey together might lead!
