UCW Purpose
To unite women of the congregation 
for the total mission of the Church
 and to provide a medium through which we may express our loyalty and devotion to Jesus Christ in Christian witness, study, fellowship and service.

Since the pandemic began our UCW has not been meeting. We have, however continued to stay in touch through our phone tree. We have dedicated callers who pass on information and news and stay connected that way. While we have not been able to have our usual craft and bake sales, our UCW members have been actively supporting all church fundraising dinners and flea market.
In June our UCW presented a bursary to a J L Ilsley High School graduating student. This is an ongoing tradition and one we are proud to continue.
2022 will mark the 60th Anniversary of United Church Women and a celebration will be held in July in Membertou, Cape Breton with women from across Canada coming together. Also a special 60th anniversary pin has been created and shared with UCW members.
